Alliance loyalty & Rewards Program

 Article 1 – Subject Matter

Alliance Rewards is a loyalty program operated by Alliance Auto Products having its address at P.O. Box 60120, Hidd, Bahrain. Alliance loyalty program is available in participating Allianceautoproducts.com and Alliance Auto Products stores in Bahrain.

These terms and conditions relate to the membership, earning, redeeming and rules of Alliance loyalty program.

Article 2 – Terms and conditions acceptance

The use of the Alliance loyalty program signifies the unconditional acceptance of the following terms and conditions that the subscriber acknowledges having read and accepted at the time of Alliance loyalty program’s registration.

Article 3 – Membership

The Alliance loyalty program membership  is free of charge for life and is immediately available upon registration on Allianceautoproduct.com for any person who is 18 years of age. It is strictly one loyalty account number per household (same address).

To join Alliance loyalty program, the subscriber must be registered on the loyalty website www.allianceautoproducts.com.

Article 4 – Earning

The Alliance loyalty membership allows its cardholder to earn points as follows:
Rate: 0.05 fills=1 point for every 100 fills (Example : Spend BD 1 you get 10 points worth 500 fills to redeem)

  • Place An Order: 0.05 point for every 100 Fills spent and when making  qualifying purchases.
  • Follow On Instagram: 5 points completing action.
  • Like On Facebook: 5 points completing action.
  • Share On Facebook: 5 points completing action.
  • Follow On Twitter: 5 points completing action.
  • Share On Twitter: 5 points completing action.
  • Sign Up: 10 points.
  • Celebrate a birthday: 50 points.
  • Referred Friend Reward: 500 fills coupon 

Article 5 – Redeeming

On the condition that the loyalty account is registered, when the accountholder accumulates 500 points, he will automatically receive a 5 Dinars loyalty discount. 

A maximum of 4 discounts can be printed at a time. This 5 Dinars loyalty discount can be used against the accountholder’s next purchase for an amount greater or equal to 5 Dinars within the expiry date specified on the loyalty discount.

In the case of technical problems printing of the 5 Dinars loyalty discount, the discount will be automatically printed at the time of next purchase after a period of 24 hours. 

The 5 Dinars loyalty discount is non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given. Each 5 Dinars loyalty discount is linked to the loyalty account which has received it and can’t be used by another loyalty account.

Article 6 – Loyalty account information

Once the 24 hours registration period has passed, the cardholder can access his loyalty account information:
  • On each receipt: information on previous and new points balance, points earned, 5 Dinars loyalty discount redeemed and awaiting collection will be available.
  • On his personal loyalty space at www.allianceautoproducts : information on previous and new points balance, points earned, 5 Dinars loyalty discount redeemed and awaiting collection, personal details given at the time of registration.

The account holder can modify his/his personal details anytime.

Article 7 – Claim and item refund

In case of a account holder contesting missing points, 5 Dinars loyalty discounts, points balance, the accountholder has seven days to formulate his/her claim.

In case of an item being refunded, the points earned to this item will be deducted from the loyalty account. If the loyalty account does not have sufficient number of points to deduct from the account, the missing points number multiplied by the point value in 100 fils (0.05 fils) will be deducted from the item refund.

Article 8 – Loss, theft, damage

The accountholder is responsible for the theft of his/her loyalty account and must immediately inform the us if this occurs. The accountholder can request a new loyalty account.

Allianceautoproducts.com declines any responsibility during the period between the theft  and the declaration  by the accountholder.
Any points accrued on the stolen loyalty account at the time of the declaration will be transferred to the new loyalty account.

Article 9 – Removal

The Alliance loyalty Program is the property of Alliance Auto Products.
The Alliance loyalty account can be immediately suspended or terminated by Alliance Auto Products at any time if, in Alliance Auto Products  reasonable opinion, that a accountholder:
  • has breached these terms and conditions;
  • has behaved fraudulently;has supplied false or misleading information to Alliance Auto Products; or
  • In this case the accountholder will lose all the acquired benefits and any right of use.

If the The Alliance loyalty account is not used during a continuous period of 12 months, Alliance Auto Productswill remove the loyalty account and the accountholder will lose all the acquired benefits and will not be able to use his The Alliance loyalty account anymore.

If a accountholder wishes to close his/her Alliance Auto Products The Alliance loyalty account, he could write us a notification email.

Article 10 – Responsibility

Alliance Auto Products. is exempted from any responsibility for any direct or indirect consequences linked to any malfunction; nevertheless it will do the best to keep all the accountholder’s acquired benefits.

Alliance Auto Products. is exempted from any responsibility for any direct or indirect consequences linked to any fraudulent use or non-accordance use with these terms and conditions.

Article 11 – Terms and conditions modification or cancelation

Alliance Auto Products. reserves the right to modify or cancel some or all of these terms and conditions.

Article 12- General

These terms and any disputes or claims arising out of, or in connection with, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Bahrain.
